When we first moved to Tucson we bought a TH in this complex, had it remodeled, then moved into it in 1999. We lived just next door to this townhouse. We bought another TH across the swimming pool and remodeled it (yes the complex swimming pool is out your immediate back gate!) After about 2 years, I was bored as I wanted a house with yards to keep me busy. We sure found a jim dandy, and over the 30+ years we have lived at the new place I have yards all the way around the house. Now I am ready to move back into 791. We have updated it in every way.

Both our townhouses (We bought another TH around the corner from 791, 835 S Ciudad Circle which is a short-term 3 BR furnished rental. Both my townhomes are furnished as though I was moving in myself. I have grown up in art-loving places so I have always purchased original art. With 3 or 4 exceptions, all the walls in both townhomes have original art. (I just came home last night from Santa Fe with another 2 pictures!!)
They are cozy homes, not your typical rental and they are furnished to the max. Both have great views and good neighbors for your stay. Relative to my rates that the different rental venues insist I can make more money if I change my rates due to changing seasons, I am firm that it costs me just as much to heat as it does to cool, thus I do not change my rates!

Many people ask about the location and what is nearby. For those who love to exercise we are 5 minutes or less from some of Tucson's 1,000 miles of paved walking and biking trails and not far from the great things to see in Tucson's well-known tourist sites such as Mt Lemon, Karchner Caverns, the Desert Museum and (my favorite) the Tucson Air and Space museum! A hugh Target is a 5-minute walk along with all the other kinds of shopping and eating. I keep updated information on the town houses that we get from the Tucson Visitors Tourist Bureau.
