The Castro's Casa (MAIN HOME) & Casita(COTTAGE) has recently been newly remodeled with a brand new state of the art Kitchen and all new Bosch Appliances, Double Ovens, 5 Burner Stove Top, Double Sink, ample Quartz Counter Top Space, a Peninsula for counter top eating, two separate desk area for computer work, letter writing or work related projects. A large leather sectional sofa for resting, reading lounging and private personal 65in Smart TV. This studio has its own private mini fridge and personal coffee maker. Two large windows overlook the Backyard Garden Oasis facing the Courtyard. The property includes a new separate Laundry Room with new Washer and Dryer available on the premise. The Backyard Garden Oasis includes a beautifully landscaped private courtyard area nestled in purple bougainvillea trees and lush plants. A beautiful large outdoor covered gazebo awaits guests along with patio dining for 8. The Backyard Garden Oasis is surrounded by 5 various waterfall features plus cozy firepit seating for relaxing on Balmy City Nights or Sun-Tanning on those Sunny City Days. PLEASE NOTE: A separate Private Cottage Casita is located across the Courtyard and lush Garden Oasis, for a separate rental fee. The Cottage Casita is a small, quaint Cottage with One Bedroom and a Romantic Queen-size Four Poster Canopy Bed with plush bedding and pillows galore! The Country-like Kitchen has an old fashioned easy to use stove, country kitchen table for 4 and a newly remodeled elegant Bathroom with all glass walkin Shower with Swarovski Crystal Fixtures, Chandeliers, luxurious towels and soaps. The Cottage Casita is equivalent to the TV Show "Green Acres" a tasteful mixture of city and country all wrapped up in one quaint, cozy cottage. A Garage is available (for separate fee) to park two cars, as well as free street parking available, but please be aware of street cleaning days, as parking tickets in the city are ridiculous. ALSO be cautious of blocking neighbors' driveways, you certainly do not want to have your car towed. Public transportation is available within walking distance to all major locations. Tenants are being made aware in advance, that on various days weekly, the owners may be around for gardening and/or scheduled garbage/recycle pickup days. We highly respect all renter's peace and privacy therefore, the Garage and Backyard Garden Oasis will be the areas of access.
