Welcome to "Serenity Palms", your home away from home.

Nestled within the gated, secure, security-patrolled Ventura Country Club, our fully-furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condo is a quiet, refreshing, and relaxing oasis where you'll enjoy hanging your sunglasses at the end of a hectic day. Set amongst soaring palm trees and impeccably manicured greens, and located just 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport, close to plentiful shopping and restaurants, it's still remarkably quiet in our little piece of Paradise. With the chaos of bustling Orlando just beyond our gates, it'll feel like you've escaped to a different world once you pass inside.

Our second-floor balcony overlooks an expanse of greenery stretching into the horizon. Sit and enjoy a morning coffee on the screened, fully carpeted porch before embarking on your adventures, then return to unwind with an evening cocktail.

Or choose to end your day by cozying up on the big, comfy sofa and loveseat (dual recliners, with cup holders) and watch a show on our high-definition 43" Smart TV (with a variety of TV and Movie apps to choose from). Or select a DVD, or a compelling read, from our small library instead. You'll quickly be relaxed by the spacious, bright living room with cathedral ceilings, softly decorated with a seaside/beach theme.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, cutlery, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave. There’s plenty of room in the full-size fridge and oven, and clean up is easy with the built-in dishwasher.
Once you've had all the fun that you can possibly handle for one day, retire to the Queen-sized bed in the spacious master bedroom - complete with ensuite bathroom. There's plenty of room for you to unpack and organize all of your clothes - a walk-in closet, and two dressers (one with a full-length mirror).

You'll stay nice and cool with the central air conditioning unit - and ceiling fans located throughout the suite.

Guests will enjoy access to a hot tub and four pools, three within our inner community of Southpointe, and another Olympic-sized pool at the main Clubhouse (which also houses a library, fitness center, meeting rooms, banquet hall, Pro Shop, and the 19th Hole Restaurant and Bar (overlooking the 18-hole golf course - with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. Enjoy $2 beers and $3 glasses of wine, as well as daily specials. Get sweaty at our tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, bocce, a children' playground, and walking paths that lead to ponds teeming with colorful Florida wildlife. There's even a small, lakefront beach area. Parking is free and plentiful throughout Ventura Country Club.

Organized activities take place throughout the week, including: aerobics, water aerobics, Tai Chi, golf, tennis, bocce, crafts, cards (poker, gin, bridge, etc), Mah Jongg, Bible study, book club, Bunco, and line dancing. Join the fun at the 19th Hold for special events and dinners, such as karaoke, trivia, live bands, and bingo nights. There's also a driving range and batting cages just outside our gates.

Take a stroll or bike around the beautifully landscaped grounds, and enjoy the colorful flower beds, sparkling lake, clean ponds, cascading fountains, and wooden foot bridges. Ducks, herons, egrets and other wildlife abound, so keep your eye out for the wonders of nature!

The only thing you'll hate about Serenity Palms is having to leave!
