There is room for your whole family/ group to sleep comfortably at this beautiful 5 bedroom house, plus office.( Sleeps 14+)
This large roomy house has it all. Plenty of parking , Two eating areas, Two separate living room areas/kids living room, Large fully stocked kitchen. ( Toaster, Coffee Maker, Electric skillet, Crockpot, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc..),
3 large Smart TVs.
Big back yard with a swimming pool and awesome Cabana that has a Full bathroom and Kitchen. Lots of space for everyone to hang out and relax by the pool.
Big 5+ acre City park with 2 play grounds and 1 1/2 mile walking trail only 1 minute walk (view from kitchen windows), Multiple grocery stores near by (walmart,kroger,Heb).
You’re close by everything that Houston has to offer, City center is only 1 1/2 miles away and Downtown is 13 miles. You are within 5 minutes of some fabulous restaurants, movie theater and Great, Great shopping at Memorial City Mall.

**House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum Age to Rent is 25.
No Smoking and no vaping inside house. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am.

Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.

STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, napkins, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 toilet paper roll for each bathroom. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set lasts for 3 nights for most guests.

There are no refunds for outages of cable/wifi or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance or if temperature is undesirable.

If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $350 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

The 2 back patio sliding doors have a lock each to access to get to the POOL and Cabana.
When you unlock the doors with the key, you are responsible for the safety of you, your family members and friends.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and fireplaces. Smart televisions are featured in Livingroom and bunkroom and by pool. Kitchens offer refrigerators, microwaves, separate dining areas, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers and hair dryers.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs, and printers.
