We need at least 30 days notice if our guests need to shorten their stay with us. We are very flexible and we take the first night room and tax as a deposit. The first month/week is due 14 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to charge the guests credit card for any damages outside of normal wear and tear on the unit.
